The modern Christian church has changed the world 60 years ago by assisting governments in the creation of the UN. Now we have a world in which the church in America can direct global change under JC's teachings, at home and then worldwide, through an alliance of 500 states that support over a billion people. We demonstrate it in our home state, Ohio, but ally with church members [JC followers] and allies [by treaty] around the world. We started with the 100 Male March in July 2005 and now continue with like mined people this fifth Sunday. Join Us and Keys of the Kingdom UMC United Methodist Men this day to make a difference.

The 'beautiful beacon of hope that has inspired generations' is Jesus. He is our Temple, not a building. Catholic Mass services this past weekend included this passage from the Gospel of John that speaks to this:

John 2 18-22

At this the Jews answered and said to him, "What sign can you show us for doing this?"

Jesus answered and said to them, "Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up."

The Jews said, "This temple has been under construction for forty-six years, and you will raise it up in three days?"

But he was speaking about the temple of his body.

Therefore, when he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this, and they came to believe the scripture and the word Jesus had spoken.
